Your approach to classroom management and organization

A description of your philosophy(the principles, approaches, and beliefs) of classroom management:

My classroom management philosophy is based on creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and can thrive. I establish clear rules and structured routines to prevent problems, and I adapt teaching strategies to the diverse needs of students through differentiation. I encourage open and effective communication, develop positive and trusting relationships with students, and promote a sense of community and collaboration within the classroom. Additionally, I continually reflect on my teaching practice and seek professional development opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge. My goal is to create a learning community where each student feels supported and motivated.

An account of procedures used for teaching large classes and for using group work:

For large classes there is always a good tone of voice and supervision of the attention of the entire classroom. To develop group activities with large groups, it begins by commenting on the activity, then giving space for them to organize themselves in groups according to previous indications, in case of problems or disorder, attention is drawn to this matter, if it is very repeated, changes are made in the organization of groups.

A description of the most effective activity you developed with the students:

The class that I considered most effective was with tenths on the present simple where I did the explanation, after I gave the instructions to make affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences according to what was explained, I finished the class with a dynamic activity where in groups one went through group, the first to say the sentence in English won a point. The activity was done with the purpose of evaluating what was learned in the explanation and in the exercises done in the classroom, denoting efficiency.
