Your approach to classroom management and organization
A description of your philosophy(the principles, approaches, and beliefs) of classroom management:
My classroom management philosophy is based on creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and can thrive. I establish clear rules and structured routines to prevent problems, and I adapt teaching strategies to the diverse needs of students through differentiation. I encourage open and effective communication, develop positive and trusting relationships with students, and promote a sense of community and collaboration within the classroom. Additionally, I continually reflect on my teaching practice and seek professional development opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge. My goal is to create a learning community where each student feels supported and motivated.
An account of procedures used for teaching large classes and for using group work:
For large classes there is always a good tone of voice and supervision of the attention of the entire classroom. To develop group activities with large groups, it begins by commenting on the activity, then giving space for them to organize themselves in groups according to previous indications, in case of problems or disorder, attention is drawn to this matter, if it is very repeated, changes are made in the organization of groups.
